Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase from your site?
No, signing up for an account is entirely optional!

When and how will my order ship?
My current production queue is two weeks long, though this can vary depending on the season, and multiple item orders can take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive confirmation and your tracking number by email.

I ship daily via USPS with domestic tracking unless a different carrier is indicated in individual listings; most larger gold items will ship via FedEx for extra security.

What if I need my item in a hurry?
Let me know in advance of ordering if you need your item in a hurry and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs. Shipping upgrades to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx may be required. A $20-40 Rush Fee may be necessary for expedited wedding band orders to cover having materials shipped to me by overnight courier.

As each item is hand crafted one at a time as it's ordered, the availability of expedited production can vary seasonally and from item to item.

What's your return policy?
I gladly accept returns or exchanges for any reason on non-custom items if notified within two weeks of delivery. Purchases made during the holiday season (November 15-December 25 annually) may be returned if notified any time before January 5. We want your loved ones to be happy with their gifts! 

Items must be returned in unaltered condition. I'm sorry that shipping costs are not refundable in most cases, though costs most certainly will be reimbursed if I've made an error in fulfilling your order! 

Resizing rings may require a small fee depending on the work required - most rings will need to be entirely re-made to be sized down. Current turnaround time for resizing is 2 weeks. For custom orders, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on cost of materials and resale value.

Do you offer a warranty on your items?
Yes, I offer a lifetime guarantee on all made-to-order items. Requests for repair of non-vintage pieces will be honored happily as long as you own your item. There is no charge for repair or replacement for damage caused by a defect in fabrication or design, or from normal wear and tear; otherwise, charges may apply if the requested alteration requires additional materials. SASE may be required.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Orders shipping within Texas will incur an 8.25% state sales tax at time of sale. Most orders shipping outside the US will incur customs and sales taxes upon delivery; these taxes are determined by your home country and may be up to 22% of sale price in the EU and up to 78% in South America. This amount will be charged by your local tax office before you can claim your package from the postal service. Please message me if you have any questions about your local taxes and I will do what I can to assist you in finding the information you need.
